Quick guide on how to request refunds or cancel subscription from Apple Devices

Note that Apple has a very strict security policy in place. As a result, any requests for refunds or cancellations of subscriptions must be made directly by the user. We understand that this process can be frustrating, so we've created a quick and easy guide to help you through it. Below are the steps to follow for both subscription cancellation and refund requests:

Steps for Subscription Cancellation:

  1. Open the App Store on your device

  2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner

  3. Tap on 'Manage Subscriptions'

  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it

  5. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password

  3. Find the purchase you want to request a refund for and click 'Report'

  4. Select the reason for your refund request and provide any additional information requested

  5. Submit your request and wait for a response from Apple
