GentleBirth Hypnobirthing Masterclass

Covid really did a number on parents when it came to accessing evidence based childbirth education. Hospitals stopped offering classes and live in person independent classes came to a screeching halt in many communities. As the way we interact with the world changed more parents were contacting me about online options.

My vision for GentleBirth has always been to share the our positive birth approach with as many families as possible, reaching every corner of the globe. The GentleBirth app has definitely helped, but as Covid continued to impact expectant parents it became obvious that we had to find more ways to reach more parents in an affordable way - and without skimping on content.

As a midwife, knowing that so many parents were getting their childbirth education from YouTube was difficult to hear. For some it was out of necessity due to not having classes in their community and with some parents losing their jobs in the last year cost was also a factor. Many of my doula and midwifery colleagues found themselves scrambling to find reputable classes for their clients. Now you have front row seats to the most comprehensive Hypnobirthing Class available today by clicking on this link.

YouTube can be a great resource but not for one of the most important days of your life (and your baby’s).

So over the past few months I’ve been creating the worlds most comprehensive, evidence based (and engaging) Hypnobirthing Masterclass available today. I know you’re going to love it!

Why You’re Going to LOVE Our Hypnobirthing Masterclass

  • You have 10+ hrs of video content and lifetime access. If you plan to expand your family come back and watch a few short videos to refresh your memory and get back into the positive birth mindset.

  • It’s self paced so you can dip in and out of it throughout your pregnancy and learn at home or on the go. The videos are bite sized so you can decide how quickly you progress through the content depending on your schedule. (Binge watching is ok too!)

  • Downloadable resources including the 300 page GentleBirth book and our GentleBirth Workbook.

  • Enjoy the ‘mini’ class for partners who need a quick primer on GentleBirth but don’t have the time to complete the 8+hrs of content (I highly recommend they complete the Masterclass if at all possible).

  • Learn about best practices should your baby arrive early.

  • The class was developed by a Registered Midwife, Hypnobirthing and Mindfulness expert and Author . I’ve taught thousands of couples since launching the GentleBirth program in 2006.

  • Unlike many hypnobirthing classes our approach is inclusive of all birth options so you’ll find information on medication options and physical comfort measures.

  • You also receive access to a bonus 60 minute class on the Brain and Labor Pain - this class was created for a recent research study - if you’re planning an unmedicated birth this is a must watch.

What About Live Classes?

We have some incredible GentleBirth Educators teaching live on Zoom and thankfully live in person so that’s always an option too. You really can’t beat a live class if you want to get some hands on practice for comfort measures and get your partner feeling confident and competent in supporting you on the big day. Most of the time parents come to the in person classes as their partner is a captive audience for those few hours and both of you can focus on spending time together preparing with a knowledgeable GentleBirth expert. Some of our Educators also offer 1:1 private coaching classes online if you want to focus on a particular aspect of your birth prep.

You can book an appointment by emailing team@gentlebirth.com

Hope you enjoy the class!
